Our Business

We are licensed and equipped to handle your culinary desires.  The chef has had many experiences, from providing desserts and wedding cakes to catering family events, weddings, dinner parties, charter schools and corporate events.   The skills and abilities of the chef to create and prepare your meals the way you want them has been enhanced with over 30 years of service to a wide range of customers with varying degees of needs and tastes. .

Who We Are

As the chef and owner of Robin's,  I began my journey into the world of food preparation as a child.  During the holidays my role would be the grating of coconut or the cracking of fresh nuts for the smorgasbord of desserts being prepared.  Watching intently at the process, I especially looked forward to the moment it was time to partake of those sweet treats.  I did not know it then but those formulative years lead to my passion for food and serving others.  However prior to the realization that food would be my full time focus I received a  BA degree in Business Administration and worked as a college administrator for 15 years.  Although I was in a service oriented role there was still something missing.  After many years of preparing meals  for family and friends and catering small parties.  I realized my passion was food and started a cake business then a catering business.  As an avid reader of cookbooks and a Food Network fan, I am always growing and expanding my knowledge in order to serve others.  My love affair with food, as my husband calls it, and my dedication to the service of others has lead me to offer the customized personalized approach.
